Maddy Cheney is the founder and director of Glorify Christ, where she oversees the dance company, choreographs original works, manages digital media, coordinates seasonal events, and directs film projects. Serving entirely on a volunteer basis, Maddy is deeply committed to the organization’s mission of uniting individuals of diverse Christian faiths through the mediums of dance and personal testimony. Her ultimate vision is for Glorify Christ to expand its reach globally, inspiring a deeper faith in Jesus Christ through the arts.

Maddy’s extensive background includes 15 years of rigorous dance training with CKDanceworks, Dance Academy West, Royal Dance Academy, and Brigham Young University. Her professional experience also includes a season performing with Junction Dance Co. A dedicated educator, she is currently in her third year of instructing at premier local studios in Orem, Utah, including Studio1 Dance Center, Elevate Dance, and Intensity Dance Team. Through Glorify Christ, Maddy integrates her professional expertise and passion for movement to articulate powerful, faith-centered narratives centered on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
